October 12, 2025
Please watch my interview on this historic day, as I reflect on completing a deeply personal circle — from witnessing part of the October 7th massacre to today’s moment of joy, tempered by sadness.
Today marks the end of the beginning. What comes next for Israel and Gaza is already being discussed in Egypt — notably, without Israel’s participation. Israel will first thank President Trump, but quickly pivot to ensuring he understands that Israel must retain the freedom to respond to Hamas provocations, just as it continues to act against Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Muslim Brotherhood are all playing the long game — patient and strategic. While the President has declared the war over, other fronts are already reconstituting: Iran’s nuclear and ballistic programs are advancing, and destabilization in Judea and Samaria is intensifying. Those, like President Macron, who claim there is “no Hamas in the West Bank” and who believe a Palestinian election alone would lead to statehood, are dangerously mistaken. Such a path would create Hamastan in the West Bank within months.
Still, today is a day to celebrate. A day to begin healing, to honor resilience, and to move forward with clarity and purpose — for Israel and for America.
